A Dozen Multi-millionaires to Share Tips, Tools
During 3-day “Real Estate Investors Super Conference”

SEATTLE, Wash. (Aug. 31, 2005) – For an investment as low as $69, real estate investors with all levels of experience can hear more than a dozen multi-millionaires discuss proven strategies for building wealth at the Seattle “Real Estate Investors Super Conference.” The three-day extravaganza, a presentation of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound in cooperation with Fortune Maker$ Seminars, is scheduled for Friday, October 21 through Sunday, October 23 at the Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport.

Participants also have the option of attending one of two pre-conference workshops on Thursday, Oct. 20.

The lineup of conference speakers includes a best-selling author, a leading authority on 1031 exchanges, an attorney who has authored nine books, a HUD certified property manager and an expert on lease options. All presentations are by accomplished investors who’ve earned high ratings as speakers.

Patrick Snow, a personal growth coach and author of Creating Your Own Destiny: How to Get Exactly What You Want Out of Life, is the keynote speaker at the Saturday evening dinner. That book, with more than 65,000 copies sold, was featured on the cover of USA Today in December 2002.

REAPS president Mark Schmale, who heads House Buyers, Inc., in Kent, calls the forthcoming seminar the West Coast’s biggest event for serious real estate investors. “Whether you are a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, beginner investor or someone who is just considering investment real estate, this conference is a very affordable, one-stop resource for information, practical tips, tools and services to become successful,” he remarked.

Four packages are available with prices ranging from $69 for the one-person basic offering up to an all-inclusive $379 “platinum package” for two people that includes special seating, a $100 gift certificate and other perks. All tickets include admission to the 3-day conference and breakfast each morning.

Thursday’s pre-conference workshops, included in two of the registration packages, features one session on “Capitalizing on the Ever-Expanding Commercial Industry,” which will be led by Scott Scheel. The other workshop, conducted by Louis Brown (“The Street Smart Investor”), will cover buy, sell and hold strategies along with negotiation techniques.

Complete details, including the seminar agenda and registration form, are online at www.reapsweb.com. Advance reservations are required.
